aimpoint comp m2
i had an offer to trade my eotech for a comp m2 and was wondering would the rubber cover off the m3 fit on it and is it a good trade?

I greatly prefer Aimpoints over EoTechs but I honestly have no clue what the street value of the Eo is... You can generally find a M2 for around $250-300 or so

I don't think that the cover will work from the M2 to the M3... but I'm not for certain.

I'm having a hard time convincing guys on other forums that they're pricing their AP M2 way to high... but there's folks out there that will buy a 3 yo AP m2 for 500 still! Ridiculous if you ask me... but oh well, capitalism at it's finest!

Yes the cover will fit. Body is the same on both.
Does the M2 come with a mount? If so I'd say it is a good deal, if not it is a fair trade.

comes with an aimpoint brand mount. the huge knob kind........... im kinda torn

I like Aimpoint better now. I say get the Aimpoint.

im thinking i might just get a throw lever for my eotech. and get a seperate mount so i can mount a scope when i get the urge

From what I can tell from just that one pic, it looks real.
I've had 3 EOTechs and have since sold them all for Aimpoints.

And yes, there are EOTech knock offs :wink:
Give away is the glass is tinted and they can change reticle color from red to green. They are also laser holograph projected reticles, just red LED lights.

i would but dont want to drop coin on a mount too.

My votes for the Aimpoint.....

got it on the way. came with a killflash too
