Gas system question.
Is there any problems associated with running a rifle length buffer extension spring and buffer with a mid-length gas system on a 16" barrel?
How about a carbine on a 14.5 w/ the same buffer setup?

No problems to both questions.

Nope, asking if a rifle length buffer assembly could be safely used w/ a mid or carbine length gas system.

Rifle length receiver extension and buffer, mid-length gas system, works fine.

Ban era carbines came with rifle stocks/buffers :wink:
