Georgia Arms ammo
Has anyone used Georgia Arms .223. Shot about 100 rounds last weekend and after cleaning gun, was it just me or is it really dirty ammo?

grunt167- 02-02-2010

Never shot it but I heard that their pistol ammo was OK....

I personally dont think to much into if an ammo is "dirty" or not. As long as you clean the weapon itll be ok.

I do not know if the ammo is dirty per say but the customer service there is excellent. had a few back to back fail fire and 1 split case. Took it back to them and was given some ammo to make up. I swing by there atleast a few days a week picking up something or dropping off GCO cards. I would suggest them to anyone.

Good to know...I was just looking at there site, thinking about getting the 500rds of canned heat.

Isn't Ga. Arms Canned Heat considered a Manufacturer's Reload? If so, there's other's you can get for less and without a 2 week back order. Oscar and Wayne swear by the BVAC 55 gr. reloads. It'll be what we try next.

Where are other places that sell remanufactured? I didn't see any at ammotogo or aimsurplus...?

Check out these places
http://www.bvac-ammo.com/home.html You may have to call them to order.

That'll cover the BVAC ammo.

These two have some other re-man that I personnally have not heard of or fired but have read about them on ARFCOM

I don't recommend CTD to anyone. I hope they rot in business hell.

During the obamacraze they were selling 1,000 rds of 55gr FMJ for $1,200. And you should have seen the outrageous prices on their .380 as well. Unbelievable.
