On an AR the lower is the registered item. So you would have one registered lower, but you can buy as many different SBR upper combinations you want. One is 6.5, one is 6.8, and one in 5.56.

However. They may only be put on the registered lower. If you put one on an unregistered lower that is a federal offense.
